I am the HSE manager at my facility and I have dealt with a few safety companies before and none of them compare to Thompson Safety! Our rep, Sam Shillings, is very nice and responsive to all of our requests and needs. Her service skills to our facility are top notch. Whatever we need or have questions on, she is able to get those answers to us within a very quick timeframe. I do greatly appreciate the business partnership we have created and grown with this company.

We(Doggett Freightliner of S. TX.) recently switched services after so many years with the previous vendor and what a great decision we made. Not only did they take care of us at our original location in Laredo, they were able to help us with our new location an hour away in Cotulla, TX. Thompson is an asset to my safety program. They've worked with us to create custom solutions for problems we've dealt with for years. The first aid kits always have what we need and the bill doesn't go up every month like it did with Cintas.

Thompson safety has been servicing our first aid station our AED for quiet a long time. We have never needed to wait for any products in our first aid box. We are in the aviation industry and bumps and cuts happen here often. But Samantha, a.k.a Sam always makes sure we always have all that we need. The guys even came and asked her if she change up a few items and she was on point and got the guys exactly what they needed. Our stations are always up-to-date stocked and clean. Sam is always on point. She makes sure all stations are up to par and then some before she ever leaves our location. We are great full that she comes and takes care of our facilities. Madam you're the best.

Thompson Safety is a great affordable company to go with if you are a company using First aid or eye wash stations. We previously had Cintas for more years than I can count, and switching to Thompson Safety was the best decision this year we could make. Their service is fantastic and affordable. My sales rep Daniel Wilson was very friendly, helpful and most of all very transparent with pricing and was very flexible with meeting our companies first aid need/eye wash needs. Daniel sat with me for hours answering all my questions and bringing to light all the issues that were being missed by our current provider. Not only did he beat them on every level, but the customer service and pricing were enough to get us to make the switch. If you are thinking about switching providers, Thompson Safety is the way to go. Ask for Daniel Wilson. He won't disappoint!
