Mark Finke gives us fantastic service when he is here and he is very responsive when I call to request anything outside of our normal service. Morgan Pease is OUTSTANDING!!!! in her service. She got us sold on Thompson Safety's service but the service she gives did not stop there. Anytime I have had an issue or request that may not even been her department she has gone out of her way to make sure she either get's me the answer or points me in the right direction. She is far above just an account executive.

We have been using Thompson Safety for a few months now. They have provided excellent services as well as competitive pricing. We currently use their services for our safety cabinet which stays stocked with all our PPE needs. I particularly want to express my gratitude to Morgan Pease, who is our representative at Thompson Safety. On 8-11-22, I contacted her with an urgent request for two H2S monitors as well as the testing kit for them which was a last-minute request from one of our clients. Morgan not only stayed in contact with me throughout the day but she drove to Pasadena to pick up the items and then delivered them to me to my shop in Spring. All this was done on her own time after normal business hours. This is the kind of attention we look for and appreciate from our vendors. Thank you Morgan for getting our request handled and taking care of us as your customers.
