We offer a number of ways to pay your invoice from autopay and credit card to check and ACH. Payment information can be found at the bottom of every invoice under “payment instructions”. You can also go to www.thompson-safety.com/paynow to log into your payments portal or you can email us at accountsreceivable@thompson-safety.com

You can make a one-time payment by going to www.thompson-safety.com/paynow and clicking “make a guest payment” at the bottom of the screen. From here you will just need your account/customer number listed at the top of your invoice and your accounts zip code. If you have any trouble finding your invoice please email us at accountsreceivable@thompson-safety.com.

If you would like to sign up for additional services or speak to someone in sales simply visit www.thompson-safety.com/quote this will automatically route you to your local sales/management team to get you a quote.

To cancel your services, just send a quick email to support@thompson-safety.com and your local team will reach out right away to help. We’ll make the process as smooth as possible, walk you through any applicable fees based on your agreement, close everything properly, and keep your inspection records on file in case you ever want to come back—we’d love to have you!

Inspection reports and invoices are usually emailed right after the service visit, though some advanced fire reports may take 24 hours or longer to generate. You can check the status anytime by emailing support@thompson-safety.com (we’ll route you to the right team quickly), calling your local office, or logging into the Thompson Safety Customer Portal for real-time reports (small additional fee may apply).

You can easily order high-quality, logo-branded safety items like hard hats, vests, and more customized for your team at store.thompson-safety.com. Just upload your logo, choose your products, and we’ll deliver compliant, professional gear straight to your location with some of the fastest shipping in the industry (MOQ and other restrictions may apply).
