I had a really bad experience with Thompson, to the point where it felt scammy. I tried them out because of a time crunch I was in, assurances they made plus all the great reviews & I am still shocked by the way things went. I don't even have it in me to explain all the misrepresentations & straight up lies I was told, but if you go with them make sure every single things is documented in writing. I am reporting to the BBB and recommend Redline Fire Solutions to any small business owner in the Denver area.

Thompson Safety has done a great job keeping our first aid kits ANSI compliant. They stock what is needed without leaving anything that was not specified for the cabinet. I appreciate their cost model and cost controls that are in place. Very good work.

He is a real example of a dedicated and exceptional employee, incredibly professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He took the time to share his knowledge with us, showed us how to properly use a fire extinguisher and explained what we should do in the event of an emergency. His willingness to educate and answer questions gave us even more confidence in our workplace safety. Definitely worthy of the shield! or better yet, a promotion.
