Jason was fast, efficient with our annual extinguisher inspections and handled our hydrant discharges with care to assure our storages didn't flood. We've used Certizona (Thompson) for years and have been able to count on them for compliance and emergency needs!

Needed quick service, they sent a technician the following day! Wow! The tech Jason was very knowledgeable and efficient. I will definitely be using them again.

A little over a year ago, AJ with Certizona replaced all of our smoke and CO detectors, even checking detectors connected to our alarm company. The installation was quick and the team was great. Just last week, one of the detectors failed - it happens. AJ came out right away, replaced the bad detector and reminded us how to disable them if something like that happens in the future. We could not be happier with AJ’s service!

Will and Jazz were just here at my job refilling the medicine cabinets. Super nice people. The cabinets are wonderful and have everything we could possibly need.

Great experience! Dan was very responsive. I just needed to get fire extinguisher checked and get the inspection tag and I was able to walk in and get it done right away. Also more affordable and responsive than other options in the area. He even offered treats for my kids that I had to bring along with me and made it a much less painful experience 😆 The office is on the side of the building, so don’t miss the turn. Office itself is clean and has really cute swivel chairs that my boys enjoyed sitting in for a moment. Next closest options were greater than a half hour drive away so this was fantastic coming from St Charles/St. Peter’s. I highly recommend this office if you need that fire extinguisher inspected.
