Great service that definitely earned our business by being flexible and meeting our company's needs. The one thing that stood out to me was the communication with Matthew Powell and how prompt he was to respond to any questions/concerns that I had, which ultimately made the switch to this service very easy & seamless. Our company had been using a company that was absorbed by Thompson Safety and ever since they took over ownership the service has continued to be everything I expected. We still get the best rates on all the p.p.e. we order along with logos and it is always on time. A bigger shoutout to Todd in New Mexico. He has been my go to contact for years. He is always on the ball, very responsive and knowledgeable of all the products I need.

I am the HSE manager at my facility and I have dealt with a few safety companies before and none of them compare to Thompson Safety! Our rep, Sam Shillings, is very nice and responsive to all of our requests and needs. Her service skills to our facility are top notch.
