We had Thompson Fire out to make sure our machine shop was properly prepared and following all fire codes. Our rep, Trace, was outstanding and knowledgeable. This was especially important to us as we have sensitive machinery. Just a couple of days after our meeting they were back to install our new extinguishers. The service rep was just as great as Trace. Very happy with their service and couldn’t recommend them enough.
