Since our transition from Cintas. Thompson Safety has been awesome. Chris fills our first aid cabinets, inspects our fire extinguishers and emergency lighting, and makes sure we have everything we need to move forward in safety here at Bunzl.

Steve Roger's came out to service my fire extinguisher. He was prompt and knowledgeable about educating me on how to use the extinguisher. I highly recommend him and this company.

Smoke detectors all replaced March 2024 since I didn’t know if previous owners ever changed out. Then smoke detector battery replacements, high ceilings, all 5 detectors due to beeping. Great same day / timely reponse / customer service in Dec 2024. Then beeping again about a month later in Jan 2025 on one detector, I thought. Again, same day service as call. As it turned out was not smoke detector, was carbon monoxide detector battery in same bedroom, no charge for this visit.👍🏼. AJ and Kyler were great and diagnosed issue. And Kyler in December also did high ledges dusting in addition to high ceiling smoke detector battery replacements, no extra charge. Great service and response overall.
