I had the pleasure of working with Marissa. Not only was she super friendly and informative, but she was Very thorough explaining the products that Thompson provides. Her customer service was top-notch, And she was very quick at responding to any questions that I had. As part of a small business, it was tough finding the right equipment for our facility but Marissa made things very easy for us. Airboss Private Aviation is very thankful that we had the pleasure of working with Marissa.

AJ was extremely courteous, helpful, and exceeded expectations in helping my mother and I today when he came out to do smoke detector inspections and battery replacements in the home. Would highly recommend this company to anyone. Not only do you receive excellent customer service, but you also receive helpful fire safety information as well.

Woke Sunday morning to the fire alarms chirping despite changing the batteries. Woke my children since they're so loud. Ryan was able to quickly receive and attend to my weekend call. He quickly came to my home and replaced all detectors and provided education and offered a coupon to help with the cost. I highly recommend and will use again the future.

Steve Rogers came out to my shop, and installed my fire extinguisher. He was so nice, & helpful- explaining and showing me how to properly use it just in case- took the time to show me some other things as well. I appreciate his help, and will be using them again!
