Steve Rogers was servicing my property today and I had a great experience with him. He made sure I received a report prior to him leaving the property.. fyi I had never received a report until now with STEVE !

Certizona services the property that I work at & it is always a pleasure having them come to do work. One service tech in particular, Steve Rogers, was here to service our property today and was so attentive in hearing about the problems we were having and was quick to fix all issues. Not only was he quick to fix the issues, but he is one of the few techs who sent us a full report of the work done on the property. Always a pleasure working with Certizona!

As the safety coordinator for a medium sized manufacturing operation it was previously very difficult to keep up with the use of items in our first aid cabinet and make sure that they were restocked promptly. It was also more difficult to control the use of these items and track that data. Since we have converted to Thompson, it has become automated where we have not had to worry about restocking the first aid cabinet or keeping track of supply usage as they do this all for us. Their technicians are knowledgeable and helpful and I am so grateful for the service.
