Great experience working with Thompson Safety as a new customer. They took care of our annual fire extinguisher recertification and made the process so easy and convenient for us! In a world full of pushy salespeople, it was very refreshing to work with someone like Marissa. She’s been very helpful and communicative, and we will definitely be using them again.

To say we are happy and satisfied with this company would be an understatement. We would definitely give them 10+++ stars in all areas. AJ checked and installed 6 new smoke alarms in our home. He was very professional, experienced, on time, and took his time answering our questions and giving us information about the alarms. We had Thompson Fire out to make sure our machine shop was properly prepared and following all fire codes. Our rep, Trace, was outstanding and knowledgeable. This was especially important to us as we have sensitive machinery. Just a couple of days after our meeting they were back to install our new extinguishers. The service rep was just as great as Trace. Very happy with their service and couldn’t recommend them enough.
