We recently had Certizona Fire and Safety out to our organization, Horses with Heart. Their technician, Steven Palmateer, did an excellent job inspecting our fire extinguishers. Their office staff made it easy to schedule our visit, and Steven was prompt and courteous. He was extremely thorough and knowledgeable during his visit. He even took the time to educate our staff and volunteers about fire safety. Overall, the company did a great job and Steven Palmateer was terrific.

Steve Rogers is the go-to guy for smoke detector replacements! He's a pro—super friendly, punctual, and knows his stuff inside out. He swapped out my old detectors like a breeze and even gave me the lowdown on how to keep them in top shape. Plus, he left the place spotless. Steve's your guy for sure!

Great service that definitely earned our business by being flexible and meeting our company's needs. The one thing that stood out to me was the communication with Matthew Powell and how prompt he was to respond to any questions/concerns that I had, which ultimately made the switch to this service very easy & seamless.
