Paul Busby always does such a great job servicing our donut machine. He’s always kind and professional. They keep track of my maintenance schedule and are accommodating to our business hours. They take care of all the paperwork with the fire department so it’s one less thing I need to do. Highly recommend Thompson Safety!

I've never dealt with a better Fire Equipment company in the12 years of being in the restaurant business. I called "All Florida Fire Equipment" (now Thompson) and told them the issue I was having with an unresponsive competitor of theirs. They quickly put me in touch with Ron who came immediately and took care of my inspection and service. He has been absolutely fantastic. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs Fire extinguishers and Fire suppression systems serviced. You will not be dissapointed, especially with Ron.
