I have really appreciated my Thompson Reps and all they do. They have helped my company save hundreds a year, they are always responsive and available. Had a beeping problem with two detectors. AJ was able to visit the same day and replace both. These were installed last year and AJ replaced both free of charge and upgraded one of them to a combo carbon monoxide detector to better cover my home. Greatly appreciate his expertise! As I did last year, I’ll continue to call Certizona Fire and Safety for any needs.
