Steve Rogers came into our shop for our yearly safety inspection. He was so polite and professional, he got our extinguishers hung back on the wall with nicer brackets, doesn't look like they will fall off again. We will be requesting him for all of our locations!

Frank comes to my facility to do AED inspections and to make sure I have all the supplies I need in my first aid box. If something is unavailable he always makes sure to let me know so I can expect to be missing things if I do not meet him when he comes to the front office. He’s super friendly and very helpful when it comes to doing what he does, and he’s always willing to give any information he can to help out when it comes to our needed supplies. Our Service representative Frank Daidone has been very helpful with getting the items we need here at our Parts Town Addison IL location. He has even gone out of his way on short notice to supply us on critical Safety items!
