Alex Pradia has been taken care of the Targa Resources MBT and GCF Mont Belvieu for over two years and he provides exceptional service; especially on a massive site like Targa. Daniel Bellow and his team have given GFL Environmental in Houston the absolute best service and customer follow up. They keep our safety supplies and fire extinguishers up to date and fully stocked. More companies should be modeled after Thompson Safety.

They offer PPE, EHS training, fire extinguisher maintenance, first aid kits with monthly restock, inspections, AEDs, eyewash stations, and so much more. What sets them apart is their proactive approach - they come in with helpful suggestions instead of just adding to your already long list of "I'll look into that when I get a free moment."

Their prices are good, but their services and attentiveness are EXCELLENT. I highly recommend Thompson Safety any time I'm asked, "where do I get anything safety-related?"

Thompson's Safety is the only name we trust for our Safety and PPE needs.

When we first started with Thompson’s Safety, the service was good. But when our second representative took over, everything changed for the worse. He would not listen to our needs, often filling our cabinets with items we neither needed nor ordered. The excessive charges that followed were ridiculous. Time after time, I found myself having to contact the company to dispute invoices.

Although Thompson’s Safety absorbed the losses, it should never have come to that in the first place. There were even occasions when the rep came to service us, and we didn’t even know he had been on site. The lack of communication and accountability left me frustrated, and I was on the verge of giving up on the company altogether.

That is when the Thompson’s team stepped in. John, Arturo, Reginald, and Cheryl took the time to personally come out and sit with me, listening to my frustrations firsthand. That meant a great deal to me, because it showed they cared enough to face the problem directly rather than brushing it aside.

Shortly afterward, I was assigned Amanda Nixon as my new accounting representative and Mark Finke as my new safety representative. The difference was dramatic, like watching the sun set on a clear day after weeks of storm clouds. Amanda and Mark immediately brought professionalism, clear communication, and a customer-first mindset. They listened, responded, and ensured that the service we received matched our needs.
Although we hit some major potholes in the early years, the service now leaves nothing to be desired. What amazes me most is that I have direct access to upper management, and they are willing to take the time to speak with me or even come out if necessary. That level of responsiveness and dedication is rare in any industry, and it’s the reason my trust in Thompson’s has been restored.

I wear many hats on my job, and not having to wear the hat of babysitter is a tremendous relief. When Mark comes, I know the service will be dependable and seamless. He knows the exact quantities of inventory I want to keep stocked. I just let Mark into the building, and he takes care of us. I continue with my day because I know he will fill the cabinets with exactly what we need, check the AED, and plumb the eyewash stations.

And if someone requests special products, Mark contacts me immediately before adding anything to our invoice. As soon as the service is completed, I receive an accurate invoice right away. There is no more waiting, no more confusion, and no more back-and-forth.

A few weeks ago, two representatives from Cintas stopped by to try to win back our business. They asked who we were currently using, and when I told them Thompson’s, they immediately tried to downplay the company. I explained that speaking negatively about a competitor is not professional.

The truth is, Cintas is no competitor to Thompson’s. Cintas' service was overpriced and lacked the professionalism necessary to keep the customer satisfied, and for that reason, I ended our business relationship. Compared to Thompson’s, Cintas is not even in the same arena.

What could have ended in disappointment has turned into a valued partnership. Amanda, Mark, John, Arturo, Cheryl, and Reginald have all played a role in delivering excellent service and restoring my confidence. I could go on and on about how pleased I am, but instead I will say this: try Thompson’s Safety for all your safety needs, and you will see firsthand the reliable and straightforward service they provide.
