Steven Palmateer stopped by today to replace our fire extinguishers at the shop. Great guy, gave us some safety tips and a refresh on fire extinguisher use.

Jarran, is timely mannered, fast paced, organized and makes sure we have everything we need. He follows up on a weekly basis as well.

Super impressed with Thompson, and especially with Samantha Shillings. She was my rep at our location in Pasadena for the 2.5 years I was there. The technician, Steve Rogers, showed up on the next business day to perform the service and did an amazing job. Steve actually proposed an upgrade in a particular area, did some repairs that were needed, and had everything done so quickly, I was really impressed with the overall service and cost. I am glad that our company made the switch to Thompson.
