Frank comes to my facility to do AED inspections and to make sure I have all the supplies I need in my first aid box. If something is unavailable he always makes sure to let me know so I can expect to be missing things if I do not meet him when he comes to the front office. He’s super friendly and very helpful when it comes to doing what he does, and he’s always willing to give any information he can to help out when it comes to our needed supplies. Please make sure that you get your order in writing. I asked for 20 extinguishers with location stickers and mountable box that has the security glass (aka cabinet is what they call it) I expected to pay more than the average because of these extra items. They delivered 20 fire extinguishers in cardboard boxes. No stickers or closed in mountable boxes. Now they are telling me that I never asked for these items and they cannot refund me because I sent them a picture of what I was looking for and although it was cheaper by almost half they assume I changed my mind because of price. NO all I want is the stickers and the mountable boxes and I will be just fine. I have 2 more orders that I guess I will have to use somebody else if they cannot correct there mistake. (The sales person says she thought I meant if they come in cardboard boxes. What else would they be delivered in?)

AJ and Steve replaced all of our smoke and CO detectors and updated our sprinkler system in a professional and efficient manner.
