Jamie Ryan came in to my business and introduced herself and explained about what Thompson Safety (Certizona Fire and Safety) does. She was very sweet and personable, and I just so happened to need my fire extinguisher serviced, so I immediately got an appointment set up. It was a very easy process.

Then, when Steve Rogers showed up to do my extinguisher maintenence, I was definitely even more impressed than I already was. He was just a really nice guy, and made the process so quick and easy for us. He even spent the time to do a little demonstration as to how to use our equipment and we all learned a lot! He went above and beyond our expectations and made us lifelong customers for sure!

The service we received was outstanding. The service person was very professional and checked everything out before completing the work. He also explained that if needed we could call any time day or night and get service. Our alarms went off at 3am and we called the emergency number. before 5:30 am we had a return phone call confirming they would be out to take care of the problem that morning. awesome response that really made us feel confident that the problem would be taken care of. Thank you to this company for taking care of our issues.

Certizona has gone above and beyond for our company. They have handled all of the annual testing for our riser, sprinklers, and fire extinguishers. Additionally we had a fire over a weekend and AJ responded immediately after hours. He came in on a Sunday and made the necessary repairs, even speaking directly with the fire inspector to make sure everything was completed to get us up and running for Monday am. We also removed a drop ceiling in the office and Certizona knew exactly what had to be done to bring the sprinkler system up to code with the new ceiling height. This included pulling permits to make sure we stayed in compliance with the City of Phoenix. Adam Oyama thoroughly explained what he was going to do and completed the work efficiently. Their professionalism and service is second to none.

Ryan was absolutely amazing. We had a fire alarm that went off at 10 pm. He tried to problem solve over the phone and then came to our house. He figured out the problem and fixed it.
