I wanted to share my experience with the service technician Steve Rogers who came out to inspect our fire extinguishers.

I was very impressed with how professional and knowledgeable he was throughout the visit. He carefully checked each fire extinguisher to make sure everything was in proper working condition and up to code. What I appreciated most was that he took the time to walk me through how to properly use a fire extinguisher and explained important fire safety basics in a clear and simple way.

I felt much more confident after his tutorial, and it was obvious that he truly cares about safety and doing the job right. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’m very satisfied with the service he provided.
