Great service quick and easy

I am the General manager of a warehousing company in Rock Hill, and we decided to go with Thompson Safety over the competition back in October of last year, and we could not be happier! I cannot say enough about the service provided by both Kayla Lemke and James Riha. They are always right there to accommodate our every request, even on the shortest notice. I have recommended them to anyone looking for first aid, eyewashes. spill kits, classes, fire extinguishers, or any company needs. Not only is their customer service better than anyone, they will beat the pricing as well.

We had a rental that was concerned that their fire alarm system wasn't working. Certizona was able to come out the same day (which was a Sunday) and take care of it. They were super helpful and super professional.

Very happy with all of my services. I personally have Ian as my representative. He is fabulous always responds to my messages or calls. I have been using Thompson for over 3 years now. The one stop shop is the best part. There are a lot of services I didn’t even know they offered.

I recently hired Certizona Fire Inspection Company to perform an inspection and maintenance on our fire suppression system, and I couldn't be happier with the service they provided. From start to finish, the team at Certizona was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient.

First, they arrived on time and ready to work. Their technician Ryan quickly assessed our system and identified some issues with our pressure gauge, which he promptly fixed. He also installed several new extinguishers throughout our home, ensuring that we were fully prepared in the event of a fire.

But what really impressed me was the thoroughness of their testing. Ryan ran multiple simulations and scenarios to make sure our fire suppression system was working exactly as it should be. He even took the time to explain the process to me, so I could understand exactly what he was doing and why.
