We have been using Thompson over the last three months and the service has been great. Samantha comes in with a smile and knocks our cabinets out and check the fire extinguishers on property. She always makes it a point to ask if there is anything we find we particularly use most of that was she can make sure to keep it in stock. Overall, highly satisfied with Thompson.

Steve Rogers was very professional , and courteous. And he even gave us a little tutorial on how to use a fire extinguisher properly . Very helpful, and he is a cowboy fan !

Steve Rogers from Certizona was very prompt in coming to check our fire sprinkler system. He checked the sprinkler gauge and replaced the outdated part. He put signs on the outside door of the sprinkler control box. He, also, checked our smoke detectors and replaced the batteries. He was very thorough in explaining everything to us, and even gave us a small fire extinguisher. I would highly recommend Certizona to anyone wanting help with fire safety. And, I would highly recommend Steve Rogers for his thoroughness as well as his politeness.

We have been with Thompson Safety for two years. In that time they have served us well in everything from med kits to AED. It's nice to work with one company who can handle all your safety needs, one stop shopping. They will work with you on cost, is it better to itemize your med kits or do a one time monthy cost. Personel have been great to work with, have a issue make a call and it's taken care of.

I oversee a growing property management group and work exclusively with Thompson Safety for all of our buildings. The agents are professional, punctual and respectful. I fully trust their expertise and know our properties are in amazing hands. I could not recommend them enough.

When Steven stopped in to introduce himself and threw a sales pitch to me, I listened. He sold me.
He set up my office, shop, and employee lunchroom with necessary fire and medical supplies to address Injury and Fire.
It doesn't end there. With Safety Expert Paige Graham stopping bi-weekly to resupply and just saying hello Brightens my day. She's awesome!
All this gives me a peace of mind for a very busy business owner for a price that friendly on the check book.

I have had nothing but a positive experience with Thompson Safety. We switched to them from Cintas, and everything has gone so smoothly. They are much more reasonably priced and there are no hidden fees! 10/10 would recommend for all your safety needs! The guys that come and check our medical equipment and fire extinguishers are so friendly and always letting me know exactly what is going on.

Steve Rogers (service technician for Certizona Fire & Safety) inspected our extinguishers again this year. He has been to our office several years in a row. He was on time, did an outstanding job and was professional. I would highly recommend his company's services.
