Steve Rogers is the go-to guy for smoke detector replacements! He's a pro—super friendly, punctual, and knows his stuff inside out. He swapped out my old detectors like a breeze and even gave me the lowdown on how to keep them in top shape. Plus, he left the place spotless. Steve's your guy for sure!

Great service that definitely earned our business by being flexible and meeting our company's needs. The one thing that stood out to me was the communication with Matthew Powell and how prompt he was to respond to any questions/concerns that I had, which ultimately made the switch to this service very easy & seamless. I will definitely continue to use Thompson Safety in the future and would highly recommend them for any safety needs!

Steve Rogers came out to inspect our extinguishers and fire sprinkler system. He was on time, kind, professional, and took a moment to give a quick tutorial on how to properly use a fire extinguisher! Wonderful service. Thank you Certizona!

The account executive Frank Daidone was very persistent. To a point that it became annoying even after being told that I had to make some comparisons with our current vendor. I needed to make some changes and find a more comparative cost with what he was offering. He even presented an offer that was "too good to be true". I told him that his company could not make money with what he was offering. He said he would handle that.

He still persisted in contacting me by phone and "dropping by". I told him we would not be moving forward with his company. He became very irritated with me and made it feel like I had wasted his time.

Steve Rogers did an excellent job replacing the fire extinguishers in my home. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely reach out to this same company again for any future smoke detector needs.

I called for a quote on Monday the 16th and 3 days later never heard back. The collected my email and phone number. NON RESPONSIVE. I can't believe they had a 5 star google. This is another example on how these 5 stars don't mean anything.
I reached out to a company called IMPACT FIRE. They were responsive and friendly.

Claudia keeps us well stocked and is always willing to stop by if we run out of anything. Our AED’s were on backorder but as soon as they arrived she came out and installed them! Great service and always a pleasure to work with!
