Steve Rogers responded to my request for my first annual inspection of an in-flat-roof fire-sprinkler system for my 23-year-old home. He advised me when he was en route and arrived on time. He is knowledgeable, keenly assessed my needs, and was able to anticipate issues that could arise. He was willing to take the time to explain everything that needed to be done, and encouraged me to ask questions if I did not understand. He contrasted how different systems worked to reinforce why my system was best for my needs or why something different would be better. He described the required maintenance, the frequency of that maintenance, and pitfalls to avoid. He is pleasant no-pressure person who does not upsell unneeded services, and strives to gain your trust by explaining what he is doing next and why. He is quick to tell the customer he respects his employer’s style of business. He leaves his customers knowing that he was there for their benefit and the job was completed. For these reasons, I asked for him to perform my annual service the following year and why I will ask for him again next year. He the model of a professional.

Thompson safety came in as a new supplier of our company's first aid and AED needs. They came in to evaluate our facility and made some great suggestions and improvements. Thompson safety has a great monthly maintenance service. The employees are beyond helpful and friendly. We are very pleased with the service they provide and confident that all of our safety needs are met.

We are a contractor and we had Steve out to one of our customers home for a small request, we just needed the fire sprinkler trim installed on one sprinkler. Steve met me out there and had a few varieties of fire sprinkler trim, but not the matching one. Steve on his own accord found the nearest Ferguson to see if he could locate the part, no luck again. But Steve persist and he scheduled with home owner to come back in a couple days with the right part. Success, home owner happy! Thank you Steve for your time for such a insignificant part!

Certizona came to the house, found the issue, scheduled the repair for 5 days later when they could get me on the schedule, called me a day later, moved me up two days because of a cancellation, made the repair to city specs and charged me a little less than the quote because of his knowledge and efficiency! We have been using Thompson Safety for a few months now. They have provided excellent services as well as competitive pricing. We currently use their services for our safety cabinet which stays stocked with all our PPE needs. I particularly want to express my gratitude to Morgan Pease, who is our representative at Thompson Safety. On 8-11-22, I contacted her with an urgent request for two H2S monitors as well as the testing kit for them which was a last-minute request from one of our clients. Morgan not only stayed in contact with me throughout the day but she drove to Pasadena to pick up the items and then delivered them to me to my shop in Spring. All this was done on her own time after normal business hours. This is the kind of attention we look for and appreciate from our vendors. Pleasure doing business with Thompson Safety. Matt and Chris came in and let us know what their services consisted of, and we took them up on their offer. You hear a lot of businesses talk the talk, but these guys walk the walk. We were displeased with another company and gave Thompson Safety an opportunity to make us happy. Every step of the way was easy with our AED’s and Eyewash stations. We will be looking at other opportunities to have this company provide some of their other services.
