We had a fantastic experience with Thompson Safety in Tempe, Arizona, thanks to Steven. He came out to our hotel to handle maintenance and replace our fire extinguishers, and he went above and beyond what we expected.

Not only was he efficient and professional, but he also took the time to demonstrate to our front desk staff how to properly use a fire extinguisher. That extra effort meant a lot! It’s clear he genuinely cares about safety and making sure people feel confident and prepared.

Steven was knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough throughout the entire visit. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with such great customer service.

Thompson Safety is a good business partner with Divinity Family Services, the community and for those in need. They contributed 30 fire extinguishers for the most vulnerable of foster families throughout Texas.
