I had the pleasure of working with Marissa. Not only was she super friendly and informative, but she was Very thorough explaining the products that Thompson provides. Her customer service was top-notch, And she was very quick at responding to any questions that I had. As part of a small business, it was tough finding the right equipment for our facility but Marissa made things very easy for us. Airboss Private Aviation is very thankful that we had the pleasure of working with Marissa.

Our business switched to Thompson and are thrilled. Great service, honest and professional. Marissa was excellent and very knowledgeable, she was able to answer all questions and compare pricing with competitors. The account executive Frank Daidone was very persistent. To a point that it became annoying even after being told that I had to make some comparisons with our current vendor. I needed to make some changes and find a more comparative cost with what he was offering. He even presented an offer that was "too good to be true". I told him that his company could not make money with what he was offering. He said he would handle that.
He still persisted in contacting me by phone and "dropping by". I told him we would not be moving forward with his company. He became very irritated with me and made it feel like I had wasted his time.

Claudia keeps us well stocked and is always willing to stop by if we run out of anything. Our AED’s were on backorder but as soon as they arrived she came out and installed them! Great service and always a pleasure to work with!
