Update, May 2024: Frank and his team performed an annual fire inspection service for us today and have completely turned our fire extinguisher program around in one day. Not to mention they picked the hottest day of the month to complete it. I am completely satisfied with their service and will be continuing my business with them into other revenues. They make your job as a safety professional much less stressful. Thank you!

Needed some fire extinguishers serviced for our annual inspection quick and Thompson came through big time. Kevin made things super easy and seamless and answered all the questions very quickly. Also want to give a shoutout to Nathan the service tech. Very knowledgeable about his craft and was in and out very quickly letting us return to our normal business day. The account executive Frank Daidone was very persistent. To a point that it became annoying even after being told that I had to make some comparisons with our current vendor. I needed to make some changes and find a more comparative cost with what he was offering. He even presented an offer that was "too good to be true". I told him that his company could not make money with what he was offering. He said he would handle that.

He still persisted in contacting me by phone and "dropping by". I told him we would not be moving forward with his company. He became very irritated with me and made it feel like I had wasted his time.
