Frank is a hustle-oriented type of individual who is always doing his best to keep our needs met at DePaul University. His "best foot forward" type of attitude has kept us very safe in our shops, and he continues to take the very same approach each and every time which shows consistency. These are hard traits to find these days in my opinion and so I felt the need to say a few words in his behalf.
