Nathan is one of the best! Since we have switched to Thompson, he has been our technician. He is responsible, focused and very helpful. He reports what he finds in the warehouse, this keeps us inspection ready! I appreciate his consistent follow-up before he leaves.

We made the switch to Thompson a little over a year ago and we couldn’t be happier. With our quantity of buildings, attention to detail and response is key and our Service Rep Claudia is by far the most knowledgeable, service orientated and fast responding Rep that I have ever experienced. It doesn’t matter what the issue is, if we need it Claudia is there taking care of whatever we need!

Claudia always ensures quality servicing of our Thompson Safety equipment. Is at our job site monthly and always super professional.

Frank is a hustle-oriented type of individual who is always doing his best to keep our needs met at DePaul University. His "best foot forward" type of attitude has kept us very safe in our shops, and he continues to take the very same approach each and every time which shows consistency. These are hard traits to find these days in my opinion and so I felt the need to say a few words in his behalf.
