Great customer service! Our company recently changed to Thompson Safety and Phil and Shaun are helping us save an average of $200/month plus they are easy to work with and even moved our old first aid kit for us!

Service rep that does the site visit doesn't appear to enjoy his job and was completely rude and miserable. Individual that was going to show him around to where he needed to go but also escort him on property and he took the liberty to act like he owned the place. Needless to say, he got himself locked out and couldn't get back into the main shop. Next year for renewal we will be using someone else.

I have the first aid cabinet in my spa. Meagan was very helpful and a delight to work with. The cabinet is well stocked for all safety needs. Meagan ,Thank you for assisting on keeping us safe.

A.J. Was awesome!! Called them with a problem after normal business hours. They called me back pretty quickly & even though he was busy & he helped me get my problem stopped at the moment & walked me through some things until he could get to me the next day. The day of appointment-He gave me a timeframe that he would be over & kept me up-to-date on what time he would arrive. That was very helpful.
The work was fast & accurate! He was beyond kind & helped me with ALL my questions. Hard to find this kind of honest, helpful, fast, friendly, hard working & just overall amazing service.
