Highly recommend Certizona – AJ was stellar! Shortly after purchasing our new home, the detector located on a very high ceiling began to chirp for a new battery. AJ was on the other side of town but agreed to squeeze in our service call. He was totally committed to addressing the issue same-day and definitely went above and beyond for us! He scaled a VERY high ladder and changed the detector out with one hand. Then he tested and addressed the other detectors in our home. I appreciated that he took the time after our long service call to review fire safety basics with me, including showing me how to use the fire extinguisher.

Came to our business in Copper Canyon and Steve Rogers was amazing and took the time to show us all how to use a fire extinguisher and was super thorough! Highly recommend!!
