All of my fire alarms would not stop going off. I have a young family and AJ was able to come out to my house late at night and get all of my smoke detectors changed and resolve all my issues at a great price. Great customer service and great work.

Arrived as scheduled and installed new detectors very efficiently and courteously- going above and beyond to show me the operation and install a fire extinguisher in my laundry room. Very pleased with the experience.

Awesome experience with Certizona! AJ did a great job replacing fire alarms we were having issues with and even was able to get one replaced on a second story entryway that was way too high for me to be comfortable reaching. He was able to make it out to the house quickly to get the job done ASAP. 10 out of 10. Definitely recommend!

AJ was truly professional and very friendly. We have two small kids and they enjoyed having him at our house. Our are smoke detectors were over 20 years old and had either hit the end of the road and/or were malfunctioning. We're happy to now have smoke and carbon monoxide detectors that will be good for 10 years as with little ones running around the house and our smoke detectors being up on our vaulted ceiling, it does not make it that easy for myself or my partner to replace them in the middle of the night.

Our smoke alarms started going off nonstop this morning. After unsuccessfully dealing with them ourselves, we called Certizona. AJ and Kyler were here within hours. They replaced all of our smoke alarms, with some as carbon monoxide combo alarms. They were friendly, professional and super fast. In addition to cleaning up, they mounted a fire extinguisher in our garage and rehomed (also to garage) and installed a battery operated smoke alarm we had in our house. We highly recommend them!

Highly recommend Certizona – AJ was stellar! Shortly after purchasing our new home, the detector located on a very high ceiling began to chirp for a new battery. AJ was on the other side of town but agreed to squeeze in our service call. He was totally committed to addressing the issue same-day and definitely went above and beyond for us! He scaled a VERY high ladder and changed the detector out with one hand. Then he tested and addressed the other detectors in our home. I appreciated that he took the time after our long service call to review fire safety basics with me, including showing me how to use the fire extinguisher.
