Over all I had a very unpleasant experience with this company. Over the years I have dealt with many different Companies such as Thompson. I feel as if I have experience on knowing what to expect when it comes to fire extinguisher services. The agent of company was pushy and his sales practices for up-selling products were overly aggressive to the point our business felt taken advantage of. After the upsales were declined he purposely left 1 extinguisher empty. He did not fulfill the order as agreed upon. Our company offered to pay the bill in full the same day the services were completed. However he insisted he would bill us.

Fast forward 2 months later the same agent of the company comes back to our business. He doesn't enter through our office area and chooses to come in through and employee entrance in attempt to shake us down for payment like he's a repo man. I have 0 interest in ever doing business with this company in the future. Oh, and yes the bill has been paid in full. Beware of unethical upsales & practices. I can only hope this is an isolated incident with Thompson and that they take notice to make corrections.
