The account executive Frank Daidone was very persistent. To a point that it became annoying even after being told that I had to make some comparisons with our current vendor. I needed to make some changes and find a more comparative cost with what he was offering. He even presented an offer that was "too good to be true". I told him that his company could not make money with what he was offering. He said he would handle that.

He still persisted in contacting me by phone and "dropping by". I told him we would not be moving forward with his company. He became very irritated with me and made it feel like I had wasted his time.
