Steve Rodgers recently came into our office to assist with replacing a fire extinguisher, and the experience was excellent. Not only did he handle the replacement efficiently, but he also took the extra time to walk us through how to properly use the extinguisher in case of an emergency. His explanation was clear, practical, and easy to understand, which gave us a lot more confidence in our ability to respond if needed.
