I’m very disappointed with Thompson Safety, especially compared to the excellent service we always received from Liberty Fire before the ownership change. Under Liberty Fire, we were treated with respect and professionalism every time. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case.

Recently, I was contacted regarding a discrepancy I reported and instead of being listened to, I felt bullied, dismissed, and completely unheard. I was talked over when trying to explain my situation, and the representatives (there was two of them, speaking to me using their speaker option) made it clear my concerns didn’t matter. Shockingly, the call ended with me being hung up on, which is incredibly unprofessional and unacceptable.

It’s sad to see a good company turn into such a negative experience. I truly hope Thompson Safety reconsiders how they treat customers, because right now their customer service is nowhere near the standard Liberty Fire once provided. That being said, my business will no longer do business with Thompson Safety!

Thompson Safety is the best at keeping our company well stocked with first aid kits, fire extinguishers and gloves. Justin and Raul work with us to make sure we have everything we need in a timely Amber.

Great company, specially Caden Floyd. He comes in with great attitude and enthusiasm and gets the job done. He makes sure everything is up do date and restocked, even if we’re missing items, with no hesitation he communicates everything that needs to be restocked or if it’s missing. Will recommend for other companies.

Had a great experience with Certizona. I had an issue with my smoke detectors and they were able to come out same day to fix the issue. Logan did a great job, was kind and courteous.

We contacted Certizona for our Fire Extinguisher needs in our new office. Steve Roger's came over the same day and took care of all our needs. Thank you Certizona and Steve for a leval of service, that i could only describe as LEGENDARY! Going forward they are the only company I will use for all our Fire and Safety needs. Thanks John
