The company that I work with has used Thompson for many years. Every time their representatives come to our offices, they are smiling, very polite and professional. If this is the type of service that you are looking for, then look no further. Not only have the been great to the company, but to me as well. The have helped me with making a first aid kit to out Boy Scout Crew. Great company and people.

They got back to me within 24 hours of submitting my pricing inquiry and had a technician available for the day I needed scheduled. David came out, got all twelve fire extinguishers inspected, four recharged, and was done within 45 minutes. He explained everything, provided me with all of the information I needed, and was incredibly helpful. Pricing is very reasonable and customer service and technician was excellent. I will be using exclusively for all future inspections and certifications.

Your team has been instrumental in delivering the proper PIT Train the Trainer course, as well as our two-year CPR & AED training. I would especially like to extend my gratitude to Marissa T.
