He made the process quick and easy and explained everything I needed to know in great detail. AJ did a great job in helping fix two of our smoke detectors. There was a manufacturer defect with these two products that was out of their control. He was able to replace these two detectors free of charge of the products and his labor. He truly cares about his clients and making sure they and their home is safe. AJ and Certizona went above and beyond to take care of my family. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for service from a caring and responsive company.
