AJ did a great job in helping fix two of our smoke detectors. There was a manufacturer defect with these two products that was out of their control. He was able to replace these two detectors free of charge of the products and his labor. He truly cares about his clients and making sure they and their home is safe. AJ and Certizona went above and beyond to take care of my family. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for service from a caring and responsive company.

Being a brand new facility in the Pompano Beach area, We had many people, service to reach out to. Mike came to us to give us information in regards to the area and what to expect. After that conversation, he brought his line to our attention and detailed the level of his service and has been a mainstay here at Hajoca ever since. To date, Mike has been pin point and perfect! Even, adding services we didn't know Thompson (Mike) represented.

David came out on an emergency call to my storage facility. The attention to the problem and service was not only great, it was educational. The time He took to help me understand our very complex system is going way above and beyond. Im thankful for the fix of course however just as pleased by the great customer service.
