He always takes the time to say hello, I’m here, checks for anything we need or may want, gives me update every month on what he’s done, any upgrades or changes coming up, new items or products we may be needed…an all around friendly, very professional rep. I have been using Thompson Safety for 4 years. I can honestly say, that I have never had a better working relationship with any safety company in my 20 plus years of being in the heavy, site, industrial and railroad construction business. Joshua W. and John N. are my reps for Thompson Safety. They are as solid as it gets. No matter what I need or how fast I need it, they come through 100% of the time.
