Letty and Jake are awesome people. I'm glad to have been working with them. They know what I want and get it done. They take the monthly inspection worries off my shoulders.

As a safety professional, I have dealt directly with Thompson Safety (formerly Crane Safety) since 2018. Our company does its best to maintain our safety equipment; however, we (like a lot of other companies) also need help from outside. Our Thompson Safety technicians take great care in servicing our first aid needs, keeping our defibrillators and cabinets fully operational and reliable, and ensuring that our fire extinguishers continue to meet NFPA and OSHA requirements, all at a great price and with more friendliness, professionalism and integrity than I've come to expect from their competitors.

One of the other things I've picked up on is that if you have any special situation that needs attention, their technicians are ready to rise to the occasion, all while working to save you as much $$$ as they can. I believe these are core tenets of how you earn repeat business, which is why I would highly recommend Thompson to any company out there, and even more so to those who want to not just "meet" safety compliance but "excel" at it.

This is a no brainer for me. My time is valuable and I do not have to worry about checking to see which site is low on first aid inventory. Total piece of mind for me the superintendents. This gives of the time to take care of other issues.

Certizona has been handling the yearly inspection of the commercial property that I manage for years. Steve Rogers has serviced our fire extinguishers, and EXIT & Emergency lights on numerous occasions. Each time, he has proven to be punctual, professional, courteous, conscientious, and personable. I highly recommend them!

The review above was from 2021. We use Certizona yearly. Now, in 2026, we once again had Steve Rogers perform our annual inspection. If I could give him more than a 5-star review, I would! He keeps meticulous records, and knew exactly which extinguishers needed additional service. He isn’t rushed, and makes sure that everything is thoroughly examined and up to code. Look forward to seeing him again next year!
