I recently had my food truck inspected by Thompson Safety Tampa, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. The inspector arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and made sure every part of the fire suppression system was up to code.
They were knowledgeable, efficient, and made me feel confident that my truck is safe and compliant. I also appreciated how they took the time to answer my questions and offer tips for ongoing safety.
Highly recommend them to any food truck owner or small business in need of a reliable fire inspection service!

Over all I had a very unpleasant experience with this company. Over the years I have dealt with many different Companies such as Thompson. I feel as if I have experience on knowing what to expect when it comes to fire extinguisher services. The agent of company was pushy and his sales practices for up-selling products were overly aggressive to the point our business felt taken advantage of. After the upsales were declined he purposely left 1 extinguisher empty. He did not fulfill the order as agreed upon. Our company offered to pay the bill in full the same day the services were completed. However he insisted he would bill us.

Fast forward 2 months later the same agent of the company comes back to our business. He doesn't enter through our office area and chooses to come in through and employee entrance in attempt to shake us down for payment like he's a repo man. I have 0 interest in ever doing business with this company in the future. Oh, and yes the bill has been paid in full. Beware of unethical upsales & practices. I can only hope this is an isolated incident with Thompson and that they take notice to make corrections.

Thompson Safety Works are the best! Another year completed with our fire extinguisher inspections, and everything went smoothly—from scheduling the appointment with Ms. Brittany to the work completed by Daniel Loyer. The team is helpful, respectful of your time, and most importantly, excellent at what they do. Highly recommended!

I’ve been using Thompson Fire Safety for my extinguisher refills/replacements, as well as PPE for my landscaping business for years. My rep Dave is knowledgeable and courteous. Their pricing doesn’t break the bank and I know I get a product I can trust! I had used All Florida Fire for years and when they became Thompson, I wasn’t sure how that transition would look. I was pleasantly surprised that the service and prices got even better! I can’t speak highly enough about Thompson!
