Thompson Safety Reviews in San Antonio

We switch to Thompson back in October 2024 and it has been a night and day difference with them. They have been super easy to work with and have very good and competitive prices. Our route driver Jarren has been absolutely amazing always quick to respond and does a great job stocking all of our cabinets in all our different buildings. Never have to wonder if he will show because of the communication he has with us and just a real reliable guy. We will be continuing to work with Thompson safety for a long time.

We had a small issue on an eye wash station and Jorge Garcia came out and went above and beyond to resolve the solution. I would 10/10 recommend Jorge and his team at Thompson Safety to anyone for all of your safety needs!

Caden Floyd came to our Hobson Equipment Transport office and he was great!! He was very communicative and very knowledgeable! Did an excellent job replacing/inspecting our fire extinguishers!

Please make sure that you get your order in writing. I asked for 20 extinguishers with location stickers and mountable box that has the security glass (aka cabinet is what they call it) I expected to pay more than the average because of these extra items. They delivered 20 fire extinguishers in cardboard boxes. No stickers or closed in mountable boxes. Now they are telling me that I never asked for these items and they cannot refund me because I sent them a picture of what I was looking for and although it was cheaper by almost half they assume I changed my mind because of price. NO all I want is the stickers and the mountable boxes and I will be just fine. I have 2 more orders that I guess I will have to use somebody else if they cannot correct there mistake. (The sales person says she thought I meant if they come in cardboard boxes. What else would they be delivered in?)

Tristan did a great job today. I let him ‘do his thing’, and when he was done, he was able to explain the layout and reasoning behind it.
I would definitely recommend him to be our service guy when the need arises!
