I had a great experience with working with Alexander Scavetti from Thompson Safety, he came out in short notice to fix our fire extinguisher. He made the process quick and easy and explained everything I needed to know in great detail. His friendly demeanor and smile was warm and heartfelt, hope to have him again whenever I need anything else done :)
