He always takes the time to say hello, I’m here, checks for anything we need or may want, gives me update every month on what he’s done, any upgrades or changes coming up, new items or products we may be needed…an all around friendly, very professional rep. Through Rick's excellent service, the quality of the Thompson Safety's safety works program we got for our gym has given us the ability to provide comprehensive first aid care for our athletes. From headaches to scrapes and splinters, it has been such a relief having the cabinet installed rather than trying to keep it all up-to-date ourselves. I now know that all the first aid products I could need will be there and Thompson's will make sure it stays stocked. Having that peace of mind is fantastic - thanks guys! Pleasure doing business with Thompson Safety. Matt and Chris came in and let us know what their services consisted of, and we took them up on their offer. You hear a lot of businesses talk the talk, but these guys walk the walk. We were displeased with another company and gave Thompson Safety an opportunity to make us happy. Every step of the way was easy with our AED’s and Eyewash stations. We will be looking at other opportunities to have this company provide some of their other services.
