Whit Shofner, a seasoned corporate development professional and business strategist, is Vice President of Corporate Development at Thompson Safety. Throughout his career, Whit has worked closely with hundreds of business owners to close mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnership deals of all shapes and sizes, from $100k to $100m+ across multiple industries. He has previously held leadership roles at Access Information Management and Adviser Investments, where he played a key role in each firm’s active growth-through-acquisitions strategies. He also co-founded Allo Capital LLC, a boutique deals advisory and investment firm. His strategic vision and expertise, proven by a track record of successful transactions and corporate growth, brings invaluable insight to Thompson Safety's expansion endeavors. Whit studied at the University of Tennessee, earning a BS in Civil Engineering, MS in Business Analytics, and an MBA.
